In order to ensure your safety and health, DSC Store does not allow the return or exchange of its products for health reasons and to preserve public health, with the exception of only products that reach you defective or damaged.
You can exchange or return the damaged product via the customer service available in the DSC store via WhatsApp, provided that the replaced or returned product is in its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used, opened, or the packaging features of the product have been changed, in addition to the availability of the original purchase invoice.
You can exchange or return a damaged product within 3 days from the time you receive the product, and the exchange or return process may take 10 working days.
The amount will be refunded after the product reaches us and its condition is confirmed. The amount is then transferred to your account within a period of 3 working days from the date of receiving the product from us.
When you wish to exchange the product, and choose the alternative product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if there is a difference in price.
If the product is not received:
If the product sent to you is not received by the shipping company under any circumstances, and if the product is returned to us, the amount of the product will be returned less the shipping fees.
